Don't Just Discard ... Shred
Incidental records (Those records not having a formal retention / disposal schedule) can comprise up to 60 percent of the waste generated in an office environment. The "Smoking Gun" may be a handwritten note to a colleague, a drawing on a napkin or a discarded Post-It Note.
If you don't want it printed in a newspaper, shown on TV, read by a competitor or presented at a trial---SHRED IT.
Do not discard any of these critical business documents -- SHRED THEM!
